Carmel Valley Democrats are happy to announce that our next meeting will be held on MONDAY, OCTOBER 23rd at 6 pm at the Carmel Valley Library where we are incredibly lucky to be joined by Labor superstar Carol Kim, Business Manager of San Diego Building and Construction Trades Council who represent over 30,000 workers! 

2023 has been an incredible year for our Labor Movement.  Strikes and potential strikes by writers, actors, auto workers, UPS drivers, Starbuck's workers have led the headlines.  Carol will give us an introduction to the labor movement and why as a Democratic Club with few union members we should care about unions and the wider movement.
